Refund Policy — Chargeback PDF Generator

Overview

Chargeback PDF Generator is a per-use digital document generation tool. Each charge covers the generation and download of a single chargeback evidence PDF. Because the product is a digital file delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of the service.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of a charge if:

  1. Technical Failure: The PDF failed to generate or download due to a technical error on our end, and we were unable to resolve the issue.
  2. Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same order's PDF.
  3. Billing Error: You were charged without approving the charge through Shopify's billing flow.
  4. Incomplete Data: The generated PDF was missing critical sections (e.g., blank pages, no order data) due to an app malfunction — not due to missing data in your Shopify store.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not available for:

  1. Successful PDF Download: If the PDF was generated and downloaded successfully, the service has been fully delivered.
  2. Dispute Outcome: We do not refund because a chargeback dispute was unsuccessful. The App generates evidence documents; it does not guarantee dispute outcomes.
  3. Incomplete Store Data: If your Shopify store has missing or incomplete order data (e.g., no tracking number, no fulfillment), this is not an app error. The PDF accurately reflects your store's data.
  4. User Error: Generating a PDF for the wrong order, or regenerating a PDF you already downloaded.
  5. Change of Mind: Deciding after download that you no longer need the document.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at ranadeveloper26@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
  2. Include your Shopify store URL, the order number the PDF was generated for, a description of the issue, and screenshots if applicable.
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed through Shopify's billing system. The refund will appear as a credit on your next Shopify bill. We cannot issue refunds to external payment methods.

Free Tier

The first PDF generation is free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for the free-tier usage.
